Tark & Co Lawyers Attended the EstVCA General Meeting

On 24 September, the general meeting of unit-holders of the Estonian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EstVCA) was held in Tallinn; Tark & Co lawyers also attended the meeting. Tark & Co became a supporting member of the EstVCA in summer 2009, immediately after the EstVCA foundation meeting in June. Mihkel Kolk from Tark & Co, who represented the Estonian Association of Managing Companies, was one of the speakers at the meeting. The main objective of the EstVCA is to actively develop the Estonian private equity and venture capital industry and raise a culture of ambitious entrepreneurship in Estonia. Nearly 30 firms and individuals active in the private equity and venture capital industry are members of the EstVCA, including venture capital funds, property management companies, investment funds, law firms, and financial advisers.
