Employment Law Handbook to be published in October

A team of lawyers practicing at Tark & Co have compiled a handbook on employment law, which will be published by Äripäeva Kirjastus. The handbook is aimed at lawyers, personnel managers and other specialists engaged in the management of employment relationships.
The handbook is a new addition to the handbooks series published by Äripäev, being based on the Employment Contracts Act that took effect on 1 July this year. The book includes a set of sample documents and will be amended twice a year to reflect any possible changes in the law.
The handbook was prepared by Tark & Co’s lawyers Toomas Taube, Piret Luiga, Kaia Läänemets, Kerstin Pilt, Risto Hübner, Andres Siigur and Alo Noormets.
