Tark & Co Receives Top Tier Ranking in IFLR 1000

Tark & Co is ranked in the top tier in the recently published online edition of the IFLR 1000.
The 2010 edition of the IFLR 1000 ranks Estonian law firms in the area of banking and finance. The IFLR 1000 describes Tark & Co partners Hannes Vallikivi and Risto Vahimets, in the areas of banking and M&A, respectively, as young but experienced partners being the driving forces behind the firm. The guide also mentions the firm’s expansion, especially pointing out the strengthening of the banking and finance team.
A number of transactions where Tark & Co acted as an adviser in 2009 have also been highlighted; these include, e.g., the advising of the city of Tallinn, Ascar Auto, and Danske Bank.
