Kuldar-Jaan Torokoff and Andreas Veeret published an article on public procurement regulation in Estonia

The International Comparative Legal Guide published a second edition of its public procurement guide called “Public Procurement 2010”. The guide provides corporate counsel and international practitioners with a comprehensive worldwide legal analysis and provides a broad overview of common issues in public procurement laws and regulations in 38 jurisdictions. All chapters are written by leading public procurement lawyers.
The Estonian chapter is written by Tark & Co senior associate Kuldar-Jaan Torokoff and lawyer Andreas Veeret.
