Competition

Our lawyers have been acknowledged as leading experts in competition law in Estonia and also on the international level. Our team advises on all major areas of competition law, including merger control, prohibited agreements and abuse of dominant position in the market. If you are interested in competition matters, we can carry out a short training course on competition law at your premises or conduct a competition due diligence in your company. We draft and review agreements and business strategies and are retained as counsel in tort actions and other disputes involving competition law issues before public authorities and courts. Our lawyers can also assist you with matters related to public procurement and state aid. We work in cooperation with Europe's best practitioners in competition law and our experts have participated in various advanced competition law programmes in Europe.

Among other matters, we have filed the majority of the concentration notifications so far submitted in Estonia with Estonian Competition Board and have been engaged as counsel in the first criminal proceeding regarding a breach of competition law. Our clients include many companies with dominant positions in the Estonian market that need day-to-day advice on competition matters.
