Our firm offers client-focused litigation and arbitration services. We have broad experience in handling disputes arising from a wide variety of business and trade relationships. Tark & Co is at the cutting edge in handling arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution issues. We also have valuable experience in selecting and working together with external experts. We advise on all issues of tactics and strategy in all types of legal proceedings.
Our lawyers not only represent the interests of our clients in litigation, but a number of our experienced lawyers are also, on a regular basis, appointed as arbitrators, mediators and legal experts.
The firm also has efficient working relationships with foreign and international law firms sharing expertise in the fields on litigation and arbitration. We have successfully represented a client in the ICSID arbitration tribunal, and acted a number of times as arbitrators. Our attorneys serve as members of the council for the arbitration court of the Estonian bourse.
