Our lawyers have been acknowledged as leading experts in competition law in Estonia. Our team advises on competition, merger control, prohibited agreements, the status and abuse of dominant position in the market, compliance programs as well as public procurement and state aid. We draft and review agreements and business strategies and are retained as counsel in tort actions and other disputes involving competition law issues before public authorities and courts. We work in cooperation with Europe's best practitioners in competition law and our experts have participated in various advanced competition law programmes in Europe. Among other matters, we have filed the majority of the concentration notifications in Estonia with Estonian Competition Board and have been engaged as counsel in the first criminal proceeding regarding a breach of competition law.
