Tark & Co advises power production companies, grid operators and other actors in the energy sector. Our services include advising on mergers and acquisitions in the power industry, electricity, district heating and gas supply contracts and other commercial agreements. In addition, we provide counsel on electricity market issues, licences and environmental permits for electricity and district heating production facilities and assist with other operations requiring a permit. Recently we have focused on renewable energy projects and have advised on matters related to the establishment of renewable energy production, power purchase obligations, as well as CO2 emissions trade agreements.
