Mr Risto Vahimets Attended the Annual General Meeting of AEL in Berlin

The Annual General Meeting of the Association of European Lawyers (AEL) was held in Berlin from 17 to 19 September this year. From Tark & Co, Attorney at Law and Partner Mr Risto Vahimets attended the event. This year’s general meeting was organised by the international law firm Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz headquartered in Berlin.
As usual, a summary of the activities of the AEL over the last year was given and presentations on recent developments in legal practice were made. Among others, Mr Jan Eijsbouts from Akzo Nobel NV talked about “Challenges for Corporate Counsel in 2009” and Ms Ann Lee Gibson from Ann Lee Gibson Consulting made a presentation titled “Priorities for External Counsel in Today's Legal Marketplace”.
